Casey's Mission: Loose Fat Meal Plan, Day 1
As of today, I’ve had it. Living with my family again just allows me to munch on whatever I like, whenever I want. That’s gotta stop, and yes, i am gaining lots of fats all around, and its worrying. I am not trying to be vain, not even close, but I want to stay healthy and in shape. With my Slip Disc acting up nowadays, I do reckon that its gotta do with the added weight I’ve gained recently. So, I’ve built up a Meal Plan to help me loose these gooey bastards. Here goes:
13th May 2009
1.30pm: 2 Whole Meal Toast with 2 Tablespoon of Virgin Olive Oil and half teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar.
389 Calories, 24g Carbohydrate, 27.5g Fats, 6g Protein
4.45pm: 1 Banana
100 Calories, 25g Carbohydrate, 0.5g Fats, 1g Protein
7.45pm: Roast Salmon with Carrots and Mango as dessert
255 Calories, 18g Carbohydrate, 22g Fats, 43g Protein
9.00pm: Green Tea
2 Calories, 0.2g Carbohydrate, 0.2g Protein
