So yes, my 2nd day, and it’s going pretty darn well, still well below 1700 calories, and woosh, letting out alot of air today and took on bad headache today, I reckon its got to do with low carb intake from wheat. Urgh, low energy day.

9.00am: Oat Meal with Skim Milk
165 Calories, 25.4g Carbohydrates, 3.9g Fats, 8.3g Protein
12.00pm: 1 Carrot and 3 Egg Whites
373 Calories, 18g Carbohydrates, 0g Fats, 70g Protein
12.45pm: Seaweed (itchy mouth)
280 Calories, 8g Carbohydrates, 12g Fats, 8g Protein
2.30pm: Mushroom Salad
150 Calories, 15g Carbohydrates, 4g Fats, 16g Protein
5.00pm: 2 Egg Whites
214 Calories, 4g Carbohydrates, 0 Fats, 46g Protein
6.30pm: Fried Platter which consists of Salmon, Mushroom, Dumplings and Yam (Google Event)
450 Calories, 15g Carbohydrates, 50g Fats, 25g Protein
And there goes a total of:
Calories: 1632
Carbohydrates: 85.4g
Fats: 69.9g
Protein: 173.3g
